At Peflora by PAPA ADVERTISEMENT BOOKING CENTRE, we want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- •For orders placed between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM: Must be cancelled before 5:30 PM on the same day
- •For orders placed between 5:30 PM and 8:30 AM: Must be cancelled before 8:30 AM the following day
Note: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will need to follow our return process instead of cancellation.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued as follows:
- •Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- •Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- •Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- •Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
