At Peflora by PAPA ADVERTISEMENT BOOKING CENTRE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- •Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- •Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- •Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- •Opened or used perfumes and cosmetics
- •Items not in their original condition
- •Items that are damaged due to customer misuse
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at returns@peflora.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- You will receive a Return Authorization Number and return instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service
Return Shipping
- •You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs
- •We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance
- •Returns that are lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the customer
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us process your claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/incorrect item
- Description of the issue
