7-day returns
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery if unused, undamaged and in original packaging with tags.
How to start a return
Contact peflora1145@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll guide you through pickup or drop-off.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD orders are refunded via UPI/bank transfer.
Non-returnable items
Perishables, intimate goods and personalised products may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.
