01Who you are buying from

02Placing an order
An order on this site is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it and hand it to a courier. Until then we may decline it — if the item has just sold out, if a price was displayed wrongly, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If money has already been taken it is refunded in full.
03Prices and taxes
Every price shown includes GST, and your invoice shows the tax split. Delivery is free on orders over ₹499. Below that a small delivery charge is shown at checkout. Orders are prepaid — we do not offer cash on delivery. Prices can change at any time, but never after you have paid.
04Fragrance is personal
Notes read differently on different skin, and a scent somebody else loves may not suit you. That is not a fault in the product, and it is why we would rather you asked first — tell us what you already wear and we will tell you honestly whether ours is close.
05Using the product
Our attars and perfumes are for external use on skin or clothing. Patch-test before first use, keep bottles away from heat and direct sun, and keep them out of reach of children. Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
06Your account
Keep your password to yourself; anything ordered from a signed-in account is treated as ordered by you. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access and we will sign every device out.
07Our content
The photographs, product names and wording on this site are ours. Please do not copy them onto another shop or a marketplace listing.
08What we are responsible for
Delivering what you ordered, in the condition it left us, and refunding you when we do not. We are not responsible for a courier delay outside our control, or for a reaction to a fragrance whose ingredients were stated.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
